About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Office Administrator / Customer Service professional to join our team at Vivid Glass Windows and Doors' in Mount Barker, SA. This full-time role will be responsible for providing outstanding administrative and customer support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person interactions

• Handling customer enquiries, orders and bookings in a professional and efficient manner

• Maintaining detailed client records and updating customer information in our database

• Assisting with order processing, invoicing and general office administration tasks

• Supporting the sales team with various administrative duties as needed

• Contributing to the overall smooth running of our office operations

• Taking ownershitp of the sites accounts payable and recievable

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the retail or trade industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team environment

• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
