Do you have?

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in tourism management, marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in tourism promotion, merchandising and/or marketing, or visitor services, or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to the work area
  • Strong leadership skills with basic human resources management knowledge, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, and provide on-the-job training

To be successful in this role you will have an excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operational requirements. You will also have an excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and community members, and report writing. This role is required flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional evenings.
