About the role
P&N Bank is currently seeking experienced and motivated customer service professionals for Full Time role as a Member Relations Officer position in our South Branch network.
This role will be primarily based in Northern Suburb branches, reporting to the Rockingham Branch Manager, and is expected to travel between various branches in our South network covering annual leave, personal leave and other situations where additional hands are needed.
As the first point of contact for our existing and potential members these roles are integral in supporting our “Member First” focus and can offer you the opportunity to create exceptional member experiences.
As a team player with strong communication and customer service skills you will contribute to the success of the branch. In return you will look forward to training, coaching and development opportunities that will lead to a long-term career within P&N Bank.
We are seeking individuals with the ability to promote a wide range of financial products and services as well as having the confidence to offer total financial solutions to our existing and potential members.
- Assisting with members' financial needs through face-to-face customer service and working to resolve issue
- Identifying opportunities to promote our range of financial products and services
- Assisting in the development of long term mutually rewarding relationships between P&N Bank and our members
What will you bring?
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- A proven record of success within a highly motivated customer service team
- A high degree of enthusiasm and drive to achieve individual and team targets
- Previous experience in the banking industry would be highly regarded
- The ability to work Saturday mornings on a roster basis
