As a Marketing Specialist at Educonnecting, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, where you will play a key role in crafting and executing powerful marketing strategies that fuel business growth, strengthen our brand presence, and ensure success in an ever-evolving competitive market. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Specialist located in the Gold Coast. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing tailored marketing strategies that align with the objectives and growth of the company. Define, plan, and develop marketing strategies and campaigns that help achieve organizational and sales objectives.
Defines and develops effective marketing strategies in collaboration with the management to promote Educonnecting's attributes and services, sensitizing our target audiences to increase leads and sales. Responsible for coordinated and overseeing the development of graphic assets, videos, copies, and scripts based on the established roadmap and budget for marketing strategies and campaigns. Conducts market research and analyses the competition to identify market opportunities for new and existing products and services.
Stays updated on market trends and consumer preferences to ensure that our strategies and content are innovative and aligned with our target audiences. Develops and executes marketing strategies that support the organization's growth and objectives. Organizes, coordinates, and assists in developing content for marketing events such as workshops, open days, fairs, and webinars, among others, to generate engagement and awareness.
Contributes to generating content for our social media platforms. Develops and advises on marketing and sales promotion strategies, including media selection, message development, and campaign planning. Works closely with the sales department to develop content and strategies that support their objectives.
Collaborates with teams to ensure brand consistency in all internal and external activities. Utilizes customer segmentation to inform channel selection and messaging for marketing activities. Creates and manages the yearly marketing calendar of activities, aligned with marketing objectives, sales budgets, and market trading opportunities.
Evaluates and track campaign results. To be the connecting bridge between all Educonnecting locations, ensuring that the organization's marketing strategies are aligned and implemented according to organizational guidelines. Skills:
Excellent communication in Spanish and English and presentation skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing solutions. Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficient in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, among others). Qualifications Bachelor's degree or qualification in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Preferably, with master’s degree or Graduate Diploma in related areas (Communication, Marketing). Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
