The Opportunity

We’re introducing a newly created role for a talented and driven Marketing & PR Manager to shape the storytelling and brand strategy across the full Mount Lofty Estate portfolio.

Working closely with our General Manager, this is a hands-on and strategic role designed for someone who’s passionate about building high-end destination brands and wants to make their mark in an award-winning environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly marketing and PR plan aligned with business priorities

  • Lead content creation and scheduling for EDMs, social media and LinkedIn

  • Oversee brand consistency and presence across all third-party websites and platforms

  • Coordinate, prepare, plan and write award submissions for the Estate and its venues

  • Draft and distribute bi-monthly media releases to key outlets

  • Build and deliver integrated marketing strategies for all areas:

    • Mount Lofty House

    • Sequoia Lodge

    • Weddings & Events

    • Day Spa

    • Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant

    • Martha Hardy’s

  • Schedule and manage photo/video shoots, in line with brand standards

  • Design and coordinate print and digital collateral as required

  • Monthly Tracking and reporting on performance

What You’ll Bring

  • A customer-centric mindset with a love for premium brands and exceptional experiences

  • Proven experience in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury marketing

  • Relationships with Key Industry Stakeholders

  • Strong storytelling and brand communication skills

  • Confidence using marketing tools and platforms for content, social, CRM and design

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Experience in working both strategically and hands-on across multiple stakeholders
