This is an exciting role that works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the CEO and Councillors. To be successful in this position, you will have relevant managerial experience, knowledge and relevant qualifications, complemented by the desire to contribute to a vibrant regional city’s future.

Key Objectives
- Lead the Community Care Branch to achieve outcomes within Council Plan with a customer-centric, excellence-focused approach.
- Drive and collaborate on strategic planning and implementation.
- Guide, motivate and develop a high-performing Branch
- Manage budgets, people, and resources for optimal outcomes.
- Contribute to policy development and oversee its implementation.

Salary and Conditions
A generous salary package of $196,519 that includes private use of a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone, superannuation and leave entitlements. You will also have access other generous entitlements through our Enterprise Agreement.
