About the role

Are you passionate about swimming and eager to share your love for the water with others? Do you enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor!

As a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming and water safety skills to students of all ages. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who can create a fun and motivating environment while promoting safety in and around the water.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging swimming lessons.
  • Communicating clearly and demonstrating swimming techniques.
  • Providing constructive feedback professionally to support and help students improve.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
  • Maintain accurate lesson administration.

About you?

You hold the following Essential Qualifications and Skills;

  • Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification - from Austswim, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia
  • Current Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) Certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
  • A Willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching styles
