The Role

We’re after a sales dynamo — a confident, energetic communicator who can pick up the phone, start a conversation, and make things happen.

This is an internal, outbound sales role — no door knocking, no endless driving, just you, your phone, and your ability to connect with people. You’ll chat with builders, plumbers, councils, and business owners who rely on Harmor to keep things flowing smoothly (literally).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls that actually go somewhere — building genuine relationships, not reading scripts.

• Creating quotes and proposals with support from our brilliant technicians.

• Spotting new opportunities across residential, commercial, and trade sectors.

• Record keeping, note taking, and keeping customer information up to date.

• Working with the operations team to deliver exactly what you’ve promised — teamwork at its best.

About You

• You’ve done outbound or business development sales before — or you’ve got the energy and drive to nail it.

• You can build rapport quickly — people just like talking to you.

• Rejection? You take it in stride and keep the momentum going.

• You’re organised, motivated, and thrive in a busy environment.

• You bring positivity, humour, and a bit of spark to every day.
