Opportunity

Embark on a fulfilling career as a Human Resources Business Partner within a supportive People and Culture team. We are looking for a HRBP who has a passion for HR and enjoys, and has focused experience in the employee relations and industrial relations area of HR. You will collaborate to deliver best practice HR services.

Your role will involve offering strategic, operational, and technical HR advice, ensuring our organisation effectively manages its people, achieves positive business outcomes, and continuously improves. Essential Criteria

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Human Resources role in a diverse, fast paced environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and act independently in a team environment, to ensure excellence in customer service, best practice and the achievement of outcomes.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to determine the best practice solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
  4. Demonstrated high level analytical, organisational and time management skills to meet defined deadlines.
  5. Management of workforce matters in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, policy and procedures, including innovative approaches to problem diagnosis, resolution and process improvement.
  6. Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations.
  7. Experience in the use and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems in addition to possessing advanced computer skills.
  8. Possess and maintain a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
