What you need to know...

  • temporary full time for up to 2 years - 76 hours per fortnight
  • the package: $90,795, plus superannuation, per annum. This salary takes into account payment for all hours worked, including those worked on weekends and public holidays and allowances. 
  • location - Yamba

About the role

Clarence Coast Holiday Parks are the Crown Land Managers for the largest group of Holiday Parks in the Clarence Valley. We manage six Holiday Parks situated along the spectacular coastline of Northern New South Wales which offers a range of accommodation options and camping sites.

Basing yourself at Calypso Holiday Park in Yamba the successful candidate will encompass a range of skills within the tourism or hospitality industries and have the proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels .

The successful Candidate will have extensive experience in Operational Management roles with people management skills along with a passion for customer service of the highest regard. With a strong background in business management and development the reporting of monthly profitability of the Holiday Parks, Maximize revenue growth and to work within budget requirement are mandatory. Building and maintaining operational standards across our parks to meet a high level of industry standards is required. Management of staff to guide their abilities and improve their performance over time. Building a great team culture by identifying strengths and weaknesses within your operation. Being a clear communicator and collaborator are a must.

This position is located at Council's Calypso Holiday Park, Yamba,  however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
