With over 1,000 acres under cultivation, we’re passionate about sustainable farming and delivering fresh produce that Australians trust.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Hands-On Farm Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of approximately 80 acres in Bacchus Marsh. This role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, leads by example, and has a strong background in vegetable production.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all daily farming operations across 80 acres

• Set up, monitor and maintain irrigation systems (electric & diesel)

• Prepare ground and operate seeding equipment

• Monitor crop development and take direct action to manage quality

• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with production goals

• From time to time, support or guide others on-site as needed

About You

• Strong, hands-on experience in commercial vegetable or salad farming

• Comfortable operating irrigation systems and a variety of farm machinery

• Excellent knowledge of ground prep, planting and crop care

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

• Willing to work some weekends during summer

• Practical, reliable and safety-conscious
