About the role
This is a full-time Front of House role at PBM Air & Electrical, a leading air-conditioning and electrical services provider based in Winmalee, NSW. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing

Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Handling customer enquiries and providing information about our services

Scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar

Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing and organisation

Assisting the team with other tasks as required
What we're looking for

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g. MS Office)

Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a service-oriented industry

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
