Finance Business Partner

Position Number: 10033

Location: Queanbeyan

The Package: $92,645.28 - $102,375.52 gross per annum + 11.5% super. (Evaluated as Grade 14 of the QPRC Salary System 2024) and a guaranteed increase of 3% in 2025-26, plus potential performance-based progression.

Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

Are you looking to work within a driven, collaborative team to impact change within the local community? QPRC is seeking a finance professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner.

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting process through financial analysis, accurate reportioning, and annual budgeting.
• Monitor budget performance, report variances, and provide training on budget management.
• Prepare financial statements, manage taxes, and assist with asset management.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting and/or Commerce with experience in cost benefit analysis, financial planning, and budgetary control.
• Can provide high-level customer service and financial advice based on Australian accounting standards.
• Can effectively plan, organise, and prioritise to achieve organizational objectives.
