About the Role 

As the Technology Asset Manager – Thermal, you’ll be the dedicated technology business partner for your assigned Generation asset portfolio, providing leadership and delivery across the technology stack. You’ll focus on the technology services that underpin electricity generation, while enabling the broader transition as AGL evolves its generation mix and delivery roadmap.

What you’ll be doing

Own and maintain the 5year IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder approval. Lead cross-functional delivery across key programs, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while driving accountability. Oversee service performance, vendor delivery, and key initiatives, and manage site
coordination and escalations to ensure smooth operations.

What you Bring

• Background in IT operations/service delivery, ideally with leadership experience in complex, high-availability environments.
• Experience working in or with major hazard or operational facilities, with a strong safety mindset and commitment to safe systems of work.
• Proven capability to lead programs/projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes against budgets and timelines.
