We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service while crafting cocktails, serving premium beverages, and helping create the vibrant atmosphere Plaza Bar has become known for.

Working behind a bar that showcases an extensive range of whiskies, premium spirits, wines, and cocktails, you'll have the opportunity to expand your product knowledge and engage with guests who are genuinely passionate about great drinks.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

• Recommend products and share knowledge of our premium whisky and spirit collection

• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area

• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory control

• Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times

• Work collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team

• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous cocktail bartending experience

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

• An interest in whisky, premium spirits, and beverage culture

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods

• Current RSA certificate

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
