About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager in Darwin to step into this exciting leadership role. Working closely alongside the Area Manager and supporting your team you will be responsible for providing excellent sales techniques, customer service, and displaying leadership skills to encourage the store to be the best!

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a strong sales team to provide impeccable customer experienceAll stock operations from Visual Merchandising, stock taking, and stock management Driving of sales, KPI's management and in-store performance Manage all staff management duties, rostering, reporting, training, product knowledge, and team motivation

Skills And Experiences Required

Experience managing within a high-volume retail Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team toward high-achieving outcomesStrong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skillsProven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stockExperience in reaching, driving, and exceeding KPI's and sales targetsDemonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customersManaging team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicatorsExceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
