Seasonal Sugar Baggers (forklift drivers) required for our upcoming crushing season. Positions are available at either the Condong mill or at our retail plant based in Murwillumbah.
This is a hands on role based on a 12 hour roster, mix of day and night shifts. Must be handy on the forklift and reliable.  Work available until about December 2026.

About the role:

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and working under the direction of the Packaging and Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Operate packing floor equipment to produce 25kg and 1.2-tonne sugar bags

• Monitor product quality and follow Critical Control Point (CCP) procedures

• Operate and control bagging lines

• Store and dispatch finished product

• Perform cleaning and general labouring tasks

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must have:

• Current forklift ticket with experience (essential)

• Strong commitment to safety and positive team culture

• Ability to troubleshoot basic machinery or process issues

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Ability to contribute to and work as part of a successful team

• Reliability and willingness to follow instructions

• Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Sufficient physical fitness, sight and hearing

• Willingness to accept interruptions to normal routine

• Flexibility to work rotating shift roster and be available for overtime
