Plant Engineer

As the leading supplier of lime and limestone, we’re on the hunt for a Plant Engineer with a proven track record in kiln operations to drive innovation and excellence in our processes.

Your Role:

• Drive process improvements in safety, efficiency, quality and environmental standards.

• Lead the charge in developing and communicating best process practices.

• Ensure top-tier safety and environmental compliance

• Manage critical process modifications and documentation.

• Spearhead project development, from concepts to layouts.

• Optimize and deliver essential training and documentation

• Be ready for on-call duties as part of our dedicated management team.

What You Bring:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

• 1-5 years in lime and limestone processing, including in-depth knowledge and understanding of lime kiln and lime hydration process management.

• Demonstrate ability to lead and implement process improvements and technical innovations in lime kiln and lime hydrator processes.

• Experience managing teams of employees on lime kiln operations working rotating day, night and weekend rosters.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication and personal leadership skills.

• Financial management skills.

• Skills in PLC programming.
