You’ll step into a role with:

What You’ll Be Doing

Working across both consumer and commercial deals, you’ll:

• Manage inbound finance inquiries for cars, boats, caravans, personal loans and more.

• Convert warm leads into settled loans, building strong client relationships along the way.

• Take advantage of cutting-edge sales training and be assisted with the tools to excel.

• Conduct professional client interviews (over the phone) to assess their needs and recommend solutions.

• Provide credit assistance within industry compliance guidelines.

• Prepare and execute finance and insurance contracts with accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing but small team of finance experts.

What You Bring

• Ideally, experience in asset finance (consumer, commercial, or both) or someone who wants to expand into this area (from a similar finance/automotive sales background).

• Confidence structuring deals and managing lenders.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the consumer and commercial asset finance industry.

• Strong communication and excellent client service skills.

• A mindset focused on growth, not just transactions.

• A proactive team player attitude and a strong work ethic.
