Your New
Role

As
the Gym and Fitness Leader, you will lead the planning,
development, and delivery of high-quality gym and group fitness
programs, ensuring consistently high standards of instruction,
supervision, and customer service. You will play a key role in
driving membership growth and retention, enhancing the member
experience, and contributing to the overall success of the club.
Working closely with members and staff, you will help create a
safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages
participation, wellbeing, and long-term engagement.
In addition to
delivering fitness programs, you will contribute to program
innovation, support the development of fitness team members, and
identify opportunities to grow participation and strengthen
community connection through fitness.

About
You

You
are an energetic and passionate fitness professional who enjoys
motivating others and creating positive fitness experiences. You
bring strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a
commitment to helping members achieve their health and wellbeing
goals.

  • Hold a minimum
    Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF
    qualification in a relevant area of practice (GEL qualification
    is not accepted). Core units SISFFIT032, SISFFIT033,
    SISFFIT035, SISFFIT036 are required.
  • Holds current
    AUSactive registration
  • Instructional
    experience in the relevant area of practice.
  • Demonstrated
    experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of
    programs 
  • Hold a current
    First Aid and CPR certificate 
  • Hold (or able
    to obtain before commencement) a QLD Working with Children
    Check (Blue Card)
