At Turfpoint, a landscaping company delivering high-quality commercial landscaping projects across the Northern Territory. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader to join our Darwin team.

As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish while working alongside a great crew. Whether you're an experienced landscaper looking to step into a leadership role or already leading crews, we'll provide the support and opportunities to help you succeed.

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in producing quality work.

Ideally you'll have:

• Proven experience in landscape construction.

• Experience leading crews or the ambition to step into a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge across all aspects of landscape construction.

• Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-first mindset.

• White Card (essential).

• Current driver's licence (MR licence is an advantage).

• Machinery operating experience highly regarded.
