The Shire of Halls Creek is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer – Creditors to join our dynamic finance team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with strong bookkeeping and accounting skills who thrives in a professional and community-focused environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Relevant financial qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) or equivalent experience.
• A strong understanding of office procedures and proficiency with standard office equipment.
• Previous experience in Local Government is highly desirable but not essential
