ERP and Cloud Administrator

Maitland City Council is seeking a proactive and technically skilled ERP and Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic ICT team. The ERP and Cloud Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the BAU IT operations and maintenance of our Cloud Platforms that underpin our business operations.

About the Role

The ERP and Cloud Administrator will be responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of Council's Cloud Platforms, including the TechnologyOne ERP implementation (and ongoing utilisation), plus other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

The role will support the deployment, upgrades, updates and testing of the TechnologyOne platform, implementing associated solutions as appropriate whilst liaising with third parties where required. They will engage with the TechnologyOne Research and Development team to understand the development roadmap, timings and functional changes and will provide additional support for other Council ICT on-premises or cloud-based systems on an as need basis.

About You

The successful applicant will have a strong set of technology skills and demonstrated experience in using the TechnologyOne ERP, preferably in a local government context. They will have experience in use of other cloud platforms and will be proficient in providing platform support and associated solutions to Maitland City Council.
The successful applicant will have degree qualifications in Information Technology or relevant contemporary industry experience and will have a strong understand and industry knowledge in all applications of Information, Communication and Technology platforms. They will have demonstrated technical diagnostic skills, superior communication skills and the ability to work productively as a member of the ICT team.

Benefits

This is a permanent full-time role working 35hours per week with a base salary ranging from $102,831 - $114,143 per year, based on demonstrated competencies + 11% p.a superannuation.
