About the Opportunity

To help us achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business requirements, collaborating across teams, and developing solutions that enhance our enterprise applications and business processes. This position requires an individual who is approachable and collaborative, with the ability to be self-motivated, organised, and adaptable to change within the dynamic Digital Technology landscape.

 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within enterprise applications or ERP systems projects.
  • Proven experience supporting complex technology projects through requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in process improvement and documentation.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement in technology project delivery.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level applications (integration platforms, CRM, reporting) and troubleshooting technical issues.

 

On a typical day, this role will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, particularly for enterprise-level applications and systems.
  • Utilise critical thinking to analyse business needs, clearly document both the problem and the proposed solution, and provide guidance to help the business identify the most effective approach.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborating with the Digital Technology team and/or external vendors to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and delivers the best outcome.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Support the Enterprise Applications team with defect analysis and enhancement requirements, ensuring issues are resolved and opportunities for improvement are identified.
  • Lead workshops to validate requirements, gain consensus on business solutions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Remuneration and Benefits

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week

Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $91,569.24 to $103,016.70 depending on skills and experience
