The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to undertake an undergraduate qualification in engineering and learn a variety of engineering-based functions and activities by participating as a team member in engineering and project teams.
As an Engineering Cadet, you will apply theoretical learnings to workplace activities to reinforce learnings as well as assist in the provision of engineering services, including (but not limited to) engineering project management, quality systems procedures, techniques, inspection and auditing processes and data analysis. You will demonstrate a willingness to suggest and adopt new initiatives.

About You
We are seeking an individual who is eligible to begin or has already commenced a degree in an engineering field and holds a valid NSW Class C Driver's Licence.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated broad interest in a science or engineering subject.
- Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems logically.
Benefits
This is a fixed term full time position working 35 hours per week for a period of up to six (6) years.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $53,347.40 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $920.10 per week base salary
- $105.81 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
