We are looking for a skilled tradesperson who is a proactive and approachable problem solver who demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
The responsibility of the Electrical Technician is to undertake a diverse range of maintenance, repair, upgrade and installation tasks on electrical equipment in the water and wastewater directorate at TRC.
You will be communicating with operators and other tradespeople to fault find and resolve electrical problems while working closely with other Electrical Technicians and Apprentices within the team.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Trade Certificate - Electrician or Electrical Fitter or related discipline
- Electrician's Licence
- Driver's Licence
- WHS General Induction for Construction Work
- Immunisations (or the willingness to undergo) for Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus and Q Fever

Salary range: Base salary up to $77,912.12 per annum plus award allowances, available overtime and superannuation for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
