We are a boutique, family-owned early learning centre in Nerang, caring for just 67 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We’re Looking For

1. Diploma Qualified (or studying towards) Lead Educators

2. Certificate III Qualified (or studying towards) Educators

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will need;

• Diploma, Certificate III or studying towards

• a current and valid Working with Children Check

• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

• experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG is an advantage 

• effective oral and written communication skills

• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.

• Ensuring child safety is paramount in all decisons you make through the day

• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

• Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.

• Participate in professional and personal development.

• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.

• A genuine desire to foster all children's development and provide stimulating environments.
