About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Access Support Services in Townsville, QLD. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

This full-time role will involve a range of duties, from greeting guests, managing incoming calls and emails, to providing general administrative assistance to our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all clients, visitors and staff

• Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner

• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry

• Coordinating meeting room bookings and catering

• Supporting the wider team with any ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an office environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• A friendly, professional and positive attitude

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
