What You’ll Do

As an Educator, you’ll:

• Create safe, nurturing spaces where children feel valued, inspired, and ready to explore.
• Help deliver engaging learning programs to the children in our care.
• Build lasting connections with children, families, and your team in a fun, supportive environment.
• Celebrate cultural diversity by weaving unique traditions into daily learning.

What you need to succeed.

• A minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
• A passion for working with children and creating magical moments in their development.
• A deep understanding of Child Protection and mandatory reporting.
• Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for collaboration.
• An eager, positive attitude with a drive to grow and succeed.
