The Opportunity

Based in Canberra, this role covers a broad and strategically important territory across:

  • ACT / Canberra
  • NSW South Coast (Ulladulla / Batemans Bay through to Merimbula)
  • Inland NSW (Goulburn, Yass, Wagga Wagga – expanding toward Griffith)

This is a diverse region with strong long-term potential across foodservice, hospitality, commercial kitchens and trade customers - requiring someone who is comfortable being on the road, building trust, and developing business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing new business across foodservice, hospitality and commercial customers
  • Managing and growing existing accounts within the territory
  • Building strong relationships with chefs, owners, operators - primarily end users
  • Identifying opportunities across regional and coastal markets
  • Structuring your own call cycles and travel plans
  • Partnering with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes

  • You’ve built strong relationships across key foodservice customers
  • The territory delivers consistent, sustainable growth
  • You’ve created a reliable pipeline of repeat and new business
  • You’re seen as a trusted partner within your customer base

This Role Will Suit Someone Who

  • Has experience selling into foodservice, hospitality or a similar end-user customer base
  • Enjoys building a territory - not just maintaining one
  • Is comfortable being on the road and working autonomously
  • Is confident dealing directly with operators, chefs and business owners
