The Opportunity
Based in Canberra, this role covers a broad and strategically important territory across:
- ACT / Canberra
- NSW South Coast (Ulladulla / Batemans Bay through to Merimbula)
- Inland NSW (Goulburn, Yass, Wagga Wagga – expanding toward Griffith)
This is a diverse region with strong long-term potential across foodservice, hospitality, commercial kitchens and trade customers - requiring someone who is comfortable being on the road, building trust, and developing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business across foodservice, hospitality and commercial customers
- Managing and growing existing accounts within the territory
- Building strong relationships with chefs, owners, operators - primarily end users
- Identifying opportunities across regional and coastal markets
- Structuring your own call cycles and travel plans
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes

- You’ve built strong relationships across key foodservice customers
- The territory delivers consistent, sustainable growth
- You’ve created a reliable pipeline of repeat and new business
- You’re seen as a trusted partner within your customer base
