Romantic Nursery; Growers of Herbs, Exotic perennials, Cool climate ferns, and Succulents. We are wholesale greenlife suppliers to retail garden centres, landscape professionals & project managers AUS wide.

Nursery horticulturalist and despatch staff required / Wholesale production nursery, Yarra Valley. Victoria.

Reports to: Despatch Supervisor / senior management.

Work Hours: 4 or 3 workday day roles available.

We produce a wide range and hold generations of growing knowledge in-house. This role will suit those with a passion for plants and horticulture who also love to learn at work. Self-motivation qualities & time management skills are required. Physical fitness is required; this is a rain, hail or shine outdoor working environment with a very busy workflow. Prior horticultural work experience and strong references within a high-volume production nursery is preferred. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Daily ‘hands-on’ order preparation for timely despatch.

- Assist with stock movement, irrigation & quality control within the growing areas.

- Daily general nursery maintenance tasks to keep a clean & efficient workplace.

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
