About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Staff Member to assist our team at job fairs and recruitment events. Your role will be to represent our organisation professionally, engage with job seekers, provide information about support worker opportunities, and assist with collecting and managing candidate details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend job fairs and recruitment events alongside or on behalf of management
• Engage with potential candidates and provide information about our services and job opportunities
• Assist in screening and shortlisting interested applicants
• Collect and manage candidate resumes and contact details
• Promote Southern Support Family as an employer of choice in the aged care sector
• Follow up with candidates after events when required
• Help coordinate event logistics and materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Organised, reliable, and punctual
• Previous experience in customer service, admin, recruitment, or aged care (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to travel to various job fair locations
• Passion for the aged care sector and community services
