About the roles

We are looking for an experienced 3 year old kindergarten teacher to join our wonderful team. Our indoor facilities are warm, natural and homely, and our yards natural yards allow for all year round play. Our educators are extremely dedicated with our Ed Leader a wealth of knowledge that loves nothing more than to grow, teach and share.

The suitable person will;

  • Hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of 2 year teaching experience. 

  • Support all educators with quality program design within the room

  • Work closely with the 4 year old kinder teacher and ed leader

  • Inspire critical reflection and analysis of learning within their team.

  • Inspire and challenge children daily

  • Have a passion for sustainbility

  • Drive quality practice and principles within the centre to ensure each individual reaches their full potential.

  • Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community will form a large part of our program

Skills and experience

To be successful you will

  • Be a team member who is friendly and leads with purpose and integrity.

  • Be a passionate and highly driven person with strong initiative

  • Have a can-do attitude

  • Be 100% reliable and honest

  • Hold relevant qualification, a current VIT, first aid, CPR, asthma management and anaphylaxis.

  • Encourage a fun environment with a good balance of structure vs unstructured time for the children.

  • Have a love of the outdoors

  • A passion for using regular outing as a learning opportunity

  • Have 2 years full time teaching experience with kindergarten aged children
