person-centred approach, you’ll empower people to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life

About You

We’re looking for a Social Worker who:

Holds a recognised qualification in Social WorkIs eligible or holds membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)Is passionate about community wellbeing and social connectionHas strong communication and relationship-building skillsDemonstrates a commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practiceEnjoys working collaboratively with individuals, communities and service providersHolds a current Australian Driver Licence
