About the role

PeriscoPe Digital Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Social) to join our dynamic team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clients' paid social media advertising campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute innovative paid social media strategies to achieve our clients' marketing objectives

2. Create high-performing ad creatives and engaging copy for social media campaigns

3. Continuously monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI

4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with other digital channels

5. Provide detailed performance reporting and make data-driven recommendations to clients

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends, best practices and platform updates

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or paid social media role

2. Proven track record of managing successful paid social media campaigns

3. Excellent understanding of social media advertising platforms, targeting, and optimization techniques

4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

5. Creative flair and the ability to develop eye-catching ad creatives

6. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

7. Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
