About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Hunter & Barrel, you’ll play a key role in delivering an energetic and memorable dining experience. You’ll provide friendly, attentive service, build genuine connections with guests and support smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant.

Working alongside our kitchen, bar and floor teams, you’ll help bring the Hunter & Barrel experience to life — from the first welcome to the final farewell. With coal fires, an open kitchen and a strong focus on the communal dining experience, no two services are quite the same.

What we’re looking for

• Previous a la carte restaurant experience, preferably in a high-volume venue

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive and professional attitude, with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation

• Ability to work confidently in a busy, service-driven environment

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service

• Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (nights, weekends & public holidays)
