About the Role

On opportunity has arisen within our Development Services team for a suitably experienced Development Assessment Planner. With major growth centres being delivered in full flight, there is no better time to join the team!

Reporting to the Team Leader Development Assessment, you will have the opportunity to assess an array of Development Applications. 

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their competency in the following essential criteria:

  • Degree qualifications in Town Planning or related discipline.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience in the assessment of development applications.
  • Working knowledge of the Environment Planning and Assessment Act 1979, NSW Planning Legislation and other Acts and Legislation relevant to the position.
  • Class C Drivers Licence.
