Primary Objective:
You will strengthen and sustain the Aboriginal educator workforce by leading the implementation of the Remote Aboriginal Teacher Education program and supporting Aboriginal educators to access professional learning and career pathways into teaching and specialist education roles. As part of the School Leadership, Culture and Care leadership team, you will lead regional RATE Professional Learning Leaders and support school-based RATE champions to build workforce capability, cultural responsiveness and representation across Northern Territory schools.
