As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll:

• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Observe and document children’s learning and development, using these insights to support individual and group planning

• Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and the wider community

• Mentor and support other educators, contributing to a positive and reflective team culture

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child feels a strong sense of belonging

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Has a valid Working with Children Check

• Brings a strong understanding of child development and early learning theories

• Is resilient, reflective, and passionate about continuous improvement

• Thrives in a team setting and brings warmth, humour, and professionalism to their work
