Are you passionate about people data and using insights to make a difference? We're looking for a People Data Analyst to join our team — someone with strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help us make the most of our people data.
Location: This full-time permanent role can be based at our Kilsyth, VIC corporate office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People Data, Analytics and Processes, you'll play a key role in supporting the ongoing accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our people data. You'll maintain and refine data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they continue to meet business needs and deliver clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organisation.
What You'll Do

Maintain and enhance existing data models, reports, and dashboards

Execute data cleansing and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems

Assist with data mapping and reporting for internal and external activities

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage data requests and continuously improve reporting processes

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and data efficiency

Contribute to the ongoing development of data governance, management, and protection practices

Present data and insights in clear, engaging, and accessible ways for both technical and non-technical audiences

What We're Looking For
-
1–2 years of Australian experience in data analytics or a similar role

A solid understanding of people data across People & Culture and Workforce Management

Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and model design

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
-
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
