How you’ll make a difference
Victoria Daly Regional Council is looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Pine Creek, NT.
This position is responsible for assisting the Council Operations Assistant Manager and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the reception for the Council Office.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Council Operations Assistant Manager with daily tasks.
- Deal with a range of customer queries face to face, by phone, email & fax.
- Assist customers with their queries efficiently.
- Ensure an effective, efficient, and courteous service is provided to all service users and the community.
- Maintain a safe staff working environment.
- Ensure that proper WHS regulations set by the Council are adhered to.

What you’ll bring to the team
To qualify, candidates will need knowledge and experience in administration, including Microsoft Office 365 and customer service.
