The role:
We currently have the opportunity for a Customer Service Administration Officer at Blue Haven in our aged care facility.
In this role you will liaise with the public regarding enquires and direct these enquiries to the correct staff, complete general administration tasks and provide information about specific customer service enquiries.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to negotiate and deal effectively with customers in difficult situations
- Experience in an administration role, including proficiency in MS Office, databases and spreadsheets
- High level organisational skills
- Understanding of the functions and services provided by Aged Care.
What we offer:
- Permanent part time position, 15 hours per week
- Annual salary of $65,262.08 pro rata
- Penalty rates in line with the award including for working weekends and public holidays
- Plus 11% superannuation
