The main function as the Corporate Performance Officer, will be to support the delivery of the Shire's planning and performance management function to enable the optimal delivery of strategic objectives and priorities.
What's in it for us?
We are looking for an experienced Officer with a Diploma or Cert IV in a business administration related discipline or extensive experience in a similar role with highly developed written and oral communication skills and well-developed reporting writing skills. With your experience and knowledge of reporting, corporate risk and project management frameworks together with your highly developed and effective interpersonal and customer service skills you will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships.
Some of your core functions will require you to:
- Coordinate a range of Corporate Reporting including quarterly reporting on the Shire's Corporate Business Plan and monthly reporting on key capital projects.
- Coordinate the continuous monitoring and reporting of the Shire's Strategic Risk Register.
- Work with business units across the Shire to develop corporate risk management plans and/or registers as required for major projects, corporate planning and other matters as required.
- Assist to coordinate and implement the Shire's Project Management Framework and implementing improvements as required.
- Assist to coordinate the development of corporate planning documents including the Corporate Business and Service Team Plans
- Maintain the Shire's reporting information systems.
In this role you will have the following accountabilities:
- Diploma or Cert IV in Business/administration related discipline or extensive experience in a similar role
- Well-developed written communication and report writing skills
- Demonstrated high level analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work in a team environment
