What you need to know...

  • Permanent full time -70 hours per fortnight
  • the package: $101,619 to $121,183 plus superannuation, per annum

About the role

Clarence Valley Council is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to provide leadership and direction in relation to our facility assets including libraries, administration buildings, depots, community halls, saleyards and airport.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of regular maintenance systems as well as the delivery of capital works projects. The position also includes the formation of policy and strategic planning in relation to Council facilities. With assets located in every corner of our valley, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facility coordinator.

Other important information

This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
