About our Opportunity

As a key Finance Partner within the VENTORA Group, the Commercial Finance Manager – Architectural plays a pivotal role in supporting our Architectural brands (Aneeta Windows, Breezway, Stegbar/Regency Showerscreens & Robes). You will drive business performance by partnering with executive and group leaders, linking financial metrics to operational outcomes, and unlocking improvement opportunities across our iconic brands.

Based primarily at our Coorparoo manufacturing site, there will be a requirement to work at our Yatala manufacturing site at least once week to actively support and drive the achievement of strategic objectives, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. This role is central to delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting forward-looking forecasts and planning, and ensuring robust financial governance across the Architectural Group.

You will also be a support to our Breezway accounting function with general accounting and end of month if and when required.

About You

This is an opportunity for a finance professional to make a real impact. You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Your background will include at least 1-2 years in a finance business partnering role within manufacturing or FMCG, with a strong commercial acumen and hands-on approach.

Equally important will be your ability to build relationships and partner with stakeholders at all levels, communicate financial information clearly, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven ability to analyse financial data, manage budgets, and develop financial strategies to deliver business KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, margin analysis, and sales support.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Power BI
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Ability to identify and action continuous improvement opportunities.
