Civil Works Labourer/ Operator
We are looking for our next Civil Works Labourer Operators to join Maitland City Council! If you have one or more of the following skillsets and experience, we would love to hear from you!
- Concreting
- Drainage
- General labouring
You will need a current Class C drivers licence and a white card. Ideally you will also hold a MR licence, however this is desirable.

What does the role offer?
- Monday - Friday roster
- $28.18 - $31.28 p/hour (inclusive of allowances) + 11.5% super
- Working directly to enhance the Maitland community
- Permanent, full-time role
What is this role responsible for?
- General labouring duties ensuring quality workmanship
- Operating compaction equipment and trucks (up to medium rigid rating)
- Maintaining and cleaning plant, equipment and tools
- Upholding integrity and safety for self, team and members of the public
