Essential Skills -

• Proven experience in kitchen cooking, meal prep and plating
• Menu planning and excellent attention to detail
• Passion for the cafe culture - people, food and coffee
• Exceptional customer service and strong ability in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in minimising waste and cost control
• Capable under pressure and effective during peak times
• Reliable, organised and team player

Duties include -

• Serving and presenting the highest of quality meals
• Daily meal prep and communication to team
• Completing catering orders
• Working alongside owners
• Upkeep of stock levels
