Position Summary:
Join our team as a CDP Compliance Officer, where you'll provide administrative and data entry support to ensure optimal delivery of the CDP contract. Your role will involve monitoring compliance systems, maintaining quality outcomes for the community, and implementing a financially sustainable delivery model.

The ideal candidate for the CDP Compliance Officer position will have a post-secondary qualification in Business Administration, Employment Services, or related fields, or significant experience in the employment services industry. They should demonstrate strong analytical skills for contracts and policies, alongside excellent organizational abilities to balance tasks within a team effectively. Well-developed interpersonal skills are essential for mentoring colleagues and negotiating outcomes. Proficiency in written communication, including reports and proposals, is required, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office and document management systems. The candidate must also be adept at building collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and communicating sensitively with Indigenous people, with an understanding of the challenges facing remote Indigenous communities.

This position is classified at Level 5, with a salary range of $74,372 to $81,761 plus superannuation. You will enjoy six weeks of annual leave, 10 days of paid personal leave, and options for salary sacrifice.
