We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support veterans and their families in the community across Northern NSW and Gold Coast boarder.

About the role

• Community-based personal care in clients’ homes

• Casual hours across a rotating roster

• Split shifts and afternoon availability prioritised

• Paid travel between client homes during your shift

Your duties will include:

• Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)

• Medication prompting

• Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing

• Accurate documentation of care provided

• Adhering to infection control and safety procedures

• Maintaining mandatory competencies is a condition of the role

To be successful, you will have:

• First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Assistance
  (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in aged care, disability, or community care

• A caring, respectful, and reliable approach

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
