The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Hobart team.

This is more than just a support role—you’ll be a key driver of store performance, team culture, and customer experience. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help lead from the front and create an environment where both your team and customers thrive.

This role includes weekend work as part of a rotating roster, so flexibility is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead, coach, and develop your team on shift
• Help drive sales and achieve store targets
• Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience
• Ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Step up to manage shifts and solve problems as they arise

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (hospitality or retail preferred)
• Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the front
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
